• 11,000 SF Addition and 2,700 SF retail/ office renovation
• This addition to the existing warehouse has an eave height of 28’. The new addition is covered with a metal standing seam roof. The exterior finish of the addition has a two tone metal ribbed panel. There four 8’x 9’ dock overhead doors and one 12’x 14’ drive in overhead door.
• The front of the existing building was renovated into a customer retail showroom and offices. There is a large 8’ x 7’ automatic sliding door at the main customer entry.
• The exterior of the existing office was left as is, except for the customer entry and receiving/ pick up 8’ x 8’ overhead door. A standing seam metal roof covers the entire structure.
