• 16,300 SF Offices and Maintenance facility.
• This building is a 31’ eave, two story office exterior features an 8’-0” high split-face masonry veneer with standard-face accent bands, large bands of 6’x4’-8” windows on the first and second floor offices. A standing seam metal roof covers the entire structure. The main entry has an attractive fabric canopy over the double glass/ aluminum entry doors.
• The upper portion of the exterior office walls are clad with a two toned insulated metal panel up to the eave. The remainder of the shop/ maintenance areas have a 4’ high split-face masonry knee wall with standard- face accent band and an insulated metal panel above. There are nine 16’x 20’ and one 8’x10’ overhead doors to allow the owners to bring in very large equipment and vehicles.
