• This building is a 24’ high eave height building. The street side features a full height tinted split-rib masonry pilasters and tinted split-face masonry wall with 3’ high window band above and a Butler “Texturcote” metal panel fascia. The office and waiting areas have floor to ceiling windows.
• A standing seam metal roof covers the entire structure. The remainder of the shop/ maintenance bays have a 23’ high Butler “Shadowall” ribbed metal panel. There are four 10’x 10’, three 10’x 12’ and three 12’x 12’ overhead doors to allow larger vehicles to be serviced. Butler MR24 standing seam metal roof covers the entire structure.
