• 15,300 SF Auto dealership, Offices and Maintenance facility.
• This project consisted of a complete renovation the existing (built by Borghesi) showroom, offices and customer lounge areas. It also includes a service drive-thru addition (1,925 sf.) and a new car delivery addition (625 sf.).
• The showroom exterior has varying height from 10’ to 27’ A.C.M. wall system with 12’ to 20’ high showroom windows to let plenty of natural light into the showroom area. The exterior C/D/R side of the showroom features an arched framed palladium style atrium at the showroom entrance. The exterior Jeep side of the showroom features a beveled frame wood frame around the 12’ high glass showroom entrance and 12’x 6’ chrome finished canopy. There are many of floor to ceiling windows in the business and showroom offices to also add natural light in.
• The exterior of both showrooms, new car delivery and service drive-thru additions use a dealer branded A.C.M. panel. The existing shop/ maintenance bays exterior metal wall panel were repainted to match the color pallet of the new building finishes.
• The exterior side and rear of the new service drive-thru has a Butler “Flat Stylwall” smooth metal wall panel. Both of the new additions have glass overhead doors to let in natural light into the spaces. The roof of two additions utilizes a Butler MR24 standing seam roof system that slopes from the front of the building.
