• 6,500 SF addition to existing masonry 15,400 SF building.
• Addition to existing distillery and retail showroom and distribution facility for bourbon barrel storage.
• There was also a rooftop penthouse added to the existing building’s production area to accommodate new 18’ high distilling tower.
• The warehouse addition exterior uses insulated metal wall panels masonry and windows to let the natural light into the warehouse.
