• This is a multi-building project of three separate storage buildings for a total of 59,850 s.f.. Building #1 (23,900 SF) is the main office with a second story and single story storage in the rear. Building #2 (12,750 SF) single story storage only. Building #3 (23,200 SF) one story storage only.
• The main office exterior features a combination of “HardieBoard”/ PVC trim inset panels with “HardiePlank” clapboard siding and PVC trim above, large 8’x8’ windows at the upper and lower office area. A standing seam metal roof is used on all the buildings. The remainder of the buildings have ribbed metal wall panels.
