• Borghesi built the original 65,000 SF office, research, manufacturing building in 2002, and the second and final 102,000 SF addition was built in 2017. A separate 37,000 SF outdoor fuel-cell research and test pad facility was built adjacent to their existing indoor facility.
• Manufacturing, testing, research and development of hydrogen fuel cell equipment and systems. Attractive modern high eave office with a sloped angle Butler VSR metal ribbed fascia system with full height E.I.F.S. (stucco finished) pilasters. Building exterior uses a mix of Butler VSR metal ribbed fascia system, full height E.I.F.S. pilasters and 7’ high window bands above 4’ masonry walls on the office areas, The remaining exterior finishes are a combination of insulated metal and ribbed metal panel siding over masonry on manufacturing space.
