• 45,000 SF ship building facility.
• The larger 30,000 s.f. portion of the hanger building has a 90’ high eave height building with a huge 80’ x 82’ roll up door that allow extremely large ships to be rolled in and out of the building. The smaller 15,000 s.f. portion of the hanger has a 53’ eave height also has a large 40’ x 45’ roll up door for smaller vessels.
• The building exterior walls are Butler “Shadowall” metal ribbed panel above with a 5’ high translucent panel band at 25’ and a 10’ high translucent band at 65’ high. There also two 14’x 14’ overhead doors on the sides of each hanger section to give better access to the building. A Butler MR24 standing seam metal roof covers the entire structure.
