• This is a multi-phase project of eight separate storage buildings for a total of approxamatly 75,185 s.f.. These buildings have varying eave heights of 9’ to 12’, The main office exterior features an 8’ high split-face masonry veneer with standard-face accent bands, large bands of 8’x6’ colonial style windows at the office area. A standing seam metal roof is used on all the structure. The remainder of the building have a combination of 2’ high split-face masonry knee walls and ribbed metal panel above.
