• Municipal Center for various Town department offices. The project was over budget and we were able to design-build this former vacant school building into fine municipal facility.
• Many codes upgrades; including an elevator, fire rated stairwells, sprinkler upgrades, handicap access and handicap lavatories. The entire interior was completely renovated; all new flooring, ceilings and wall finishes.
