• Two-story office exterior is a mix of E.I.F.S. (stucco finish), full height masonry pilasters and window bands. Warehouse exterior includes Kingspan Insulated freezer panels, B-deck roof with EPDM membrane roof, masonry veneer, E.I.F.S. and tinted glass.
